The print is signed and numbered by the artist at the bottom right-hand corner of the print just below the image area, using pencil. It is also titled and signed again on the back of the print with the artist's full name, the year of completion and copyright details, again in pencil.

'At the door of the law' is an image inspired by the Czechoslovakian writer Franz Kafka's short story of the same name.
