The print is signed and numbered by the artist at the bottom right-hand corner of the print just below the image area, using pencil. It is also titled and signed again on the back of the print with the artist's full name, the year of completion and copyright details, again in pencil. It is taken from a conversation the artist recorded with LensWork Publishing's editor, Brook Jensen in early 2007 which can be heard in its entirety here 'Strange Fruit' won Fist Prize in the Fine Art category of the Prix de la Photographie in Paris in May 2007.
